Marriages & Baptisms by Appointment

First Communion 2010: ~ There will be a meeting for the parents of children in Year 3 upwards who would be due to receive their First Communion this coming summer. The meeting is to take place on Tuesday 8th December at 6.30pm in the Church of St Bernadette’s, Wells Road. This year, the children from both St Gerard’s and St Bernadette’s parishes will be prepared together at St Bernadette’s with First Communion being celebrated in both parishes on the Feast of Corpus Christi. It is important that your child is registered at that Parent’s meeting as preparation begins at the start of the New Year. The full details of the preparation programme will be given during that meeting.

Please remember that if you, or anyone you know, is admitted into hospital, you must let the hospital chaplain know, as he will not be informed by the hospital concerned of your admittance.
